My client is an international law firm, based in London, who is looking to recruit an Early Careers Assistant on a permanent basis. This is the perfect role for someone with a passion for Graduate Recruitment and Development.


The Early Careers Assistant will be a valuable member of the team and get involved in every aspect of the Graduate Recruitment and Development cycle.


The key duties will include:

  • Facilitating the firms assessment days for vacation scheme and training contract candidates.
  • Maintaining the graduate recruitment online database and social media account.
  • Coordinating and attending the firms law fairs and university career fairs.
  • Assisting with the organisation of the induction programmes for the Trainees and Solicitors Apprentices
  • Processing new joiner paperwork for Trainee Solicitors, Apprentices and Vacation Scheme attendees.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and requests


The Early Careers Assistant will be a confident and highly organised individual with a sound understanding of the legal trainee or HR processes. Ideally you will have a few months of legal recruitment experience and exceptional communication and organisational skills.
