Joe Willett
Assistant Business Manager – HR Recruitment
Joe joined Career Legal at the start of 2021. With 12 years’ experience in recruitment and 7 of those years as a specialist HR recruiter, Joe is well versed in understanding what makes a good HR professional, and prides himself on partnering closely with his clients to really understand their needs and what makes them unique. He recruits at all levels from Assistant through to Director and across all HR disciplines (generalist and specialist) on a UK wide and International basis.
Joe is also part of our Business Management project team alongside Daniel Cumberworth and is tasked with looking at process improvement and increased revenue projects across the business, helping Career Legal’s continuous growth and development.
