I have partnered with a global law firm as they seek to hire a Transaction Manager to join their Capital Markets team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong experience providing support on cross border transactions in a client facing role.
The Capital Markets team at this firm is renowned for advising on ground breaking deals across both established and emerging markets. As a Transaction Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting high-profile cross-border transactions, coordinating complex processes and preparing for crucial milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting cross-border transactions with the Capital Markets team
- Managing complex transactional processes like closings and listings
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal updates
- Preparing documents, presentations, and handling administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in transactional coordination, matter management or client-facing roles in professional services
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A commercial mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
