Job Title: Temporary Commercial Lawyer (4-7 Years PQE)
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 FTE

With 5-7 years’ PQE, you will work autonomously, handling complex matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology-related legal work from Advanced Delivery Teams (ADTs) and other Professional Service teams.
- Handle tech and AI-related legal matters independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and legal acumen.
- Provide expert advice on complex technology and IP issues, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tech-enabled products and solutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts related to technology and IP.
