Are you a seasoned Commercial Lawyer with a passion for technology and IP? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team on a temporary basis and take the lead on cutting-edge tech and AI projects. With 5-7 years’ PQE, you will work autonomously, handling complex matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology-related legal work from Advanced Delivery Teams (ADTs) and other Professional Service teams.
  • Handle tech and AI-related legal matters independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and legal acumen.
  • Provide expert advice on complex technology and IP issues, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tech-enabled products and solutions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts related to technology and IP.
