Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer with a strong background in handling business-as-usual (BAU) work and bespoke contracts? Our client is looking for a motivated individual to join their team on a temporary basis, supporting senior members on projects and complex commercial contract matters. With 2-4 years’ PQE, you will play a vital role in managing smaller projects and providing essential support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle BAU work, smaller projects, and bespoke contracts.

  • Manage and draft a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients and internal teams.
