We are working with a prestigious global law firm who are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Administrator / Team Assistant to support their busy legal teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a professional environment and develop their administrative skills within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and booking travel.
  • Assist with file management, ensuring documents are organized and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to team members and assist with special projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
