Our client, a leading law firm based in London, is seeking a skilled and driven Social Media Executive to manage the firms’ online presence and engage with their target audience. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with marketing and business objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating, curating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives.
  • Manage all social media accounts and maintain a consistent online presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and publish engaging content (text, images, and videos) for the firm's social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to all social media activity, including comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients on social media to increase the firm's visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all social media content aligns with the firm's brand messaging and tone of voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions.
  • A strong understanding of the legal industry and its target audience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
