We're working with a top-tier Patent & Trade Mark firm who are looking to bring on a Senior IP Legal Assistant to join their Trade Mark team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid trade mark experience to step into a senior-level support role, offering high-quality assistance to specific fee earners – without the traditional PA duties.
You’ll be a key part of a well-structured legal support team, contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic department that values technical expertise and proactive client service.
🔍 What they're looking for:
CITMA Qualified – this is essential
A solid background in Trade Mark prosecution and legal support
Experience working in an IP firm or within a legal practice with strong IP exposure
A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Someone who enjoys handling client work, filings, document management, and end-to-end prosecution tasks

This is not a PA role – there’s no diary management, no travel booking, and no scheduling
