We are representing a leading international law firm looking for a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Group in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across sectors like Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure.
The Role: As a Senior Associate, you will manage and lead complex corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, and private equity deals. You’ll provide strategic legal advice, mentor junior team members, and play an active role in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on major corporate transactions, delivering high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the business strategy.
- Engage in business development to grow client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years PQE, qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience in corporate transactions, ideally from a top City or international law firm.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
