Role Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a leading law firm’s Employment Law practice. The role involves advising a broad range of commercial clients, from start-ups to global corporations, on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The focus will be on advising clients across various sectors on complex HR-related issues, including employment contracts, senior executive terminations, and international HR projects. This role also offers route to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory services on employee relations, employment contracts, and bonus arrangements.
  • Lead on senior executive appointments and terminations.
  • Advise clients on corporate transactions, reorganisations, and redundancies.
  • Support international HR projects, global mobility issues, and immigration law matters.
  • Conduct HR investigations and provide training to clients.
  • Represent clients in Tribunal and High Court litigation where required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering legal advice aligned with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and integrated services across jurisdictions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ PQE with substantial experience in employment law.
  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Strong international HR expertise and the ability to advise on global mobility and immigration law.
  • A proven track record of providing strategic and commercial legal advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships.
