The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a thriving and dynamic team. This role offers exposure to high-quality work, a clear pathway for career progression, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, working across:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Commercial and residential development work
Property finance and restructuring, including bridging, mezzanine, and development finance
Option agreements and conditional contracts
Landlord & tenant matters, including lease negotiations, assignments, and renewals
Business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base
Supervising junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development
Ideal Candidate:
6+ years PQE in a reputable private practice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Commercially astute with a pragmatic approach to delivering legal advice
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive and growth-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems
Flexible Working & Culture:
The team operates with a flexible hybrid working model, though office presence (minimum three days per week) is encouraged to maintain collaboration and mentorship.
