An exciting opportunity has opened up with a leading UK and international law firm, for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Court of Protection team.
About the Role:
- Manage Deputyships, Personal Injury Trusts, and welfare matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families.
- Draft routine and complex Court of Protection applications.
- Prepare expert witness statements and OPG reports.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
- Collaborate with case managers, clients, and senior associates.
- Contribute to team policies and general client matter management.
About You:
- 6+ PQE with a background in Court of Protection work.
- Strong knowledge of OPG Deputy Standards and relevant legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication, IT skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- A passion for client care and driving positive outcomes.
