In this role, you will manage conflicts and new business workflows, mentor and train team members and ensure quality control in conflict and anti-money laundering (AML) analysis. You'll support Partners in identifying potential conflicts, handle new matter activations, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day conflicts and new business operations
- Allocate assignments and monitor workload
- Conduct AML checks and review client and matter details
- Liaise between Analysts and Management
- Support Partners with new business intake and complex requests
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a conflict’s role at a law firm
- Legal and AML experience preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
