My client, a top UK law firm with one of the most experienced and well-known Real Estate departments in England & Wales, is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – focusing on Plot Sales and Post-Completion.
This Real Estate team works on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients.
As the successful Real Estate Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing your own caseload of high volume property sales
- Dealing with all aspects of Post Completion
- Providing clients with either weekly or monthly progress reports/updates
- Conducting extensive legal research
- Communicating with a wide range of clients and other parties in regards to various matters
- Assisting additional Fee-Earners within the team when necessary

To be considered for this Real Estate Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be:
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Have experience in Plot Sales and/or Post Completion
- Be degree educated (2:1 LLB or GDL minimum)
- Be able to commute to the London office
- Be competent in all MS applications
