My client, a top UK law firm with one of the most experienced and well-known Real Estate departments in England & Wales, is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Birmingham office – focusing on Lease Extensions.
This Real Estate team works on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients.
As the successful Real Estate Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing your own caseload of high volume lease extension matters
- Assisting the Supervising Solicitor with statutory lease extensions
- Managing your own caseload of property sales
- Conducting extensive legal research
- Providing client with monthly or weekly progress reports/updates
- Providing support to additional Fee-Earners with necessary
+ much more.
To be considered for this Real Estate Paralegal position, you’ll need to have/be:
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Have experience dealing with lease extension matters
- Be degree educated (minimum of 2:1 LLB or GDL)
- Be able to commute to the Birmingham office
- Be competent on all MS applications
