The Role
This position offers exposure to high-quality real estate litigation work, including:
- Residential landlord and tenant matters, including rent recovery and possession claims.
- Service charge disputes, including Section 20 consultations and tribunal proceedings.
- Building safety and fire safety issues, covering repair obligations and service charge recoverability.
- Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants, and rights of light.
- Disrepair claims, adverse possession, and squatters' rights cases.
- Transactional support for property and development matters.
The Candidate
- 2-4 PQE with solid experience in real estate litigation.
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant disputes, service charge law, and building safety regulations.
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
