The team represents clients in various sectors, including offices, logistics, leisure, hotels, renewable energy, and residential projects such as PBSA, PRS, and social housing.
The Role:
The firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their London team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of PQE and relevant experience in UK real estate law. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial property transactions, assist clients with strategic and legal advice, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate key real estate documents, such as leases, sale and purchase agreements, and certificates of title, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide strategic, commercial advice on real estate matters, taking into account market dynamics in London.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and assess legal risks to safeguard client interests.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering tailored legal solutions to meet their business goals.
- Work alongside a diverse team to deliver integrated legal services across all aspects of real estate law.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years PQE in Real Estate law, with experience gained at a leading firm.
