The Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in complex commercial property transactions, providing strategic legal advice and working closely with clients. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, sale and purchase agreements, and certificates of title.
- Conducting due diligence and risk analysis to safeguard client interests.
- Managing transactions from inception to completion with a commercial approach.
- Collaborating across teams to provide integrated legal services.
- Engaging in business development to strengthen client relationships.
The Candidate
- 2-5 PQE with experience in real estate from a leading firm.
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
