The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Real Estate lawyer to join a highly regarded team specializing in commercial property law. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of real estate matters, providing advice to a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporations to innovative start-ups.
As an integral part of a supportive team, you will handle your own caseload under supervision and collaborate on larger projects, with a focus on providing tailored advice to meet unique client needs.
The Role
- Work on matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing, and portfolio management.
- Support corporate teams with real estate aspects of restructuring, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Build long-term client relationships and provide commercially driven advice.
- Engage in business development to enhance the practice’s standing and visibility.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years of PQE with experience in commercial real estate.
- A keen interest in the real estate sector and a desire to grow within it.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage a caseload independently under supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for business development.
