Role Overview: This firm are seeking a motivated Project Leader to oversee a remote team of 30+ qualified lawyers and paralegals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of transactional legal work, maintaining high service standards, and driving the strategic growth of the team. The position requires someone with strong project management skills, capable of leading the team through complex legal tasks from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a remote team, ensuring quality control and effective project delivery.
  • Handle fluctuating team sizes and manage the recruitment and allocation of resources as needed.
  • Ensure all client instructions are met with high standards and adjust to changing requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and ensure continuous communication with team members.
  • Be available during peak periods to provide leadership and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) with an LPC/SQE1/BPTC qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing legal teams and delivering projects in a legal environment.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving client needs.
