My client, a leading UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on an initial 6-month FTC in London – working as their new Probate Paralegal.
This Paralegal position is situated within their Private Client, Tax & Immigration Group and the role will focus on all probate and post-death matters (including both domestic and international estate administration).
As the successful Probate Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working directly with the Probate Manager to assist with general duties/projects
- Drafting legal documents and Inheritance Tax returns
- Undertaking extensive legal research
- Assisting with the preparation of bills
- Having consistent contact with both clients and teams of international lawyers

To be considered for this Probate Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Be degree educated (minimum of 2:1 LLB or GDL)
- Have previous/existing experience as a Probate Paralegal or Private Client Paralegal (or as a Trust Administrator)
- Have strong technical skills / Microsoft Office
- Have a genuine interest in Succession law
