Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate private equity transaction documentation
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice as part of client deal teams
  • Coordinate with clients and internal/external specialists to manage transactions efficiently
  • Develop a network of internal and external contacts
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in business development and profile-raising activities


Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • 3-6 PQE
  • Strong corporate law experience with a specific interest in private equity
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, resilient team player with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • A commitment to personal and professional development
  • Strong academic background and professional qualifications
