Our client, an international law firm based in the city are now looking for an experienced PA to support at a senior level in their HR team, which forms part of their wider leadership team. This role would suit a candidate with experience supporting in a business services team at a senior level, ideally within a legal environment. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Meeting and event organisation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Managing team social events
  • Processing invoices and expenses for the team
  • Acting as a gatekeeper
  • Support with organisation of performance reviews
  • General administration including preparing documents
  • Keeping the team’s intranet page up to date
  • Support with the organisation of recruitment to include scheduling interviews
  • Providing support on projects and supporting with budget management
  • Updating policies and procedures

Key experience: 

  • Previous PA experience in a similar role working with senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
