About Us

We are working with a prestigious global law firm renowned for providing high-quality legal services across multiple jurisdictions. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal PA to join a dynamic team in the City of London.

The Role

As a Legal PA, you will provide high-level administrative support to an allocation of partners and fee earners. You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Handling client communications and managing client relationships
  • Supporting the team with billing, time recording, and expenses
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA, preferably in a family law or private client environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
