This Legal Counsel role offers a broad mix of commercial and regulatory insurance work across a global platform. You’ll advise on distribution agreements, intra-group contracts, policy wordings, and wider group legal strategy.

Support underwriting teams and liaise with global legal teams
Exposure to Lloyd’s market and specialty sectors
Collaborate with wordings experts, compliance, and corporate functions
You’ll bring:
4+ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
Strong commercial insurance background
Wordings experience essential
Mix of private practice and in-house experience preferred
Experience in sectors like marine, energy, or reinsurance desirable
Minimum 3 days in office per week
