Role: Legal Advisor (Residential Real Estate)

Salary: £40,000- £50,000 per annum
Office: Central London, 5 days a week in office

The Role:
As a Legal Advisor, you’ll work closely with the team and Legal Director, providing expert legal guidance across residential real estate, litigation and property management. This role calls for someone proactive, detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of their responsibilities while driving improvements in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions.
- Manage residential litigation cases, including court representation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Address property management concerns, including tenant disputes and regulatory adherence.
- Work collaboratively with external counsel and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping company policies and procedures.
- Report to the Legal Director and support senior management.
About You:
- Qualified in Law (LLB or GDL.)
- Extensive experience in residential real estate.
- Experience with property litigation and property management preferred, but not essential.
- Deep knowledge of real estate law and contracts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
