Salary: £40,000- £50,000 per annum

Office: Central London, 5 days a week in office

The Role:

As a Legal Advisor, you’ll work closely with the team and Legal Director, providing expert legal guidance across residential real estate, litigation and property management. This role calls for someone proactive, detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of their responsibilities while driving improvements in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions.
  • Manage residential litigation cases, including court representation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Address property management concerns, including tenant disputes and regulatory adherence.
  • Work collaboratively with external counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to shaping company policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Legal Director and support senior management.

About You:

  • Qualified in Law (LLB or GDL.)
  • Extensive experience in residential real estate.
  • Experience with property litigation and property management preferred, but not essential.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate law and contracts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
