Role: Knowledge Paralegal

Location: London, 3 days a week in the office/ 2 days working from home
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a prestigious legal firm's Real Estate Knowledge Team. This role offers hands-on involvement in legal research, knowledge management, and supporting the firm's knowledge-sharing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide support for legal queries addressed to Knowledge Lawyers.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining legal precedents, including document automation preparation.
- Contribute to current awareness bulletins, updating the team on legal and market developments.
- Support the organisation and delivery of legal training programs.
- Manage and update internal and external know-how resources, including deal trackers, clause banks, and SharePoint.
- Test, implement, and train team members on new legal technology tools.
- Monitor gaps in knowledge and attend relevant technical training.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in deliverables for multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:
- A Law degree (2:1 or higher) or PGDL, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A keen interest in AI and legal tech platforms is an advantage.
