Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior PA to join the Real Estate team in their Manchester office. This is a fantastic position for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to build a career in a prestigious law firm, providing administrative and operational support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate team, including managing diaries, booking meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and post, responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Support fee earners with billing, invoicing, and general financial administration.
  • Assist with client interactions, ensuring professional and efficient communication at all times.
  • Perform general office tasks as required, including ordering supplies.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role (preferably within a professional services environment).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in the real estate sector or law is advantageous but not essential.
