The Opportunity:
My client is seeking a Junior Legal PA to join their Employment team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the legal sector to support a busy and collaborative team of fee earners.
This role is
fast-paced and client-facing, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional,
organised environment and is keen to grow their legal support career.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diary and meeting coordination, including room bookings and attendee liaison
- Document production and formatting, including legal correspondence and presentations
- Inbox monitoring and handling incoming queries
- Scanning, printing, filing, and archiving legal documents
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files in line with firm procedures
- Liaising with other departments on administrative and document support matters
- Supporting lawyers with billing and general matter management
- Delivering high standards of
client service, both internally and externally
What My Client Is Looking For:
- Previous admin experience in a professional or legal setting
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- High levels of organisation, initiative, and attention to detail
- A proactive, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and
able to work well under pressure
