The Role

The client is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their dynamic Pensions, Employment, and Incentives Practice Stream at their London headquarters. Working full-time Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., this role offers a unique opportunity to support senior legal professionals in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of six Executive Assistants, providing professional, client-focused support to partners, associates, trainees, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

    • Extensive and proactive diary management.

    • Acting as a gatekeeper for fee-earners/managers by managing emails and calls effectively.

    • Organising internal and external meetings, including preparing itineraries and document packs.

    • Coordinating business travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Drafting and formatting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.

    • Providing financial and transactional support, including billing and file management.

    • Supporting events and hospitality management, including organising venues and managing RSVPs.

    • Acting as a first responder to process and system changes, supporting fee-earners with any challenges.

Candidate Profile

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

    • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused attitude.

    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure.

    • Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
