Job Title: Employment Solicitor (2-4 years PQE)

The Role:
Are you a passionate Employment Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and growing team at a renowned UK law firm.
You will work on a diverse range of non-contentious and contentious employment law matters. These include advising on employment contracts, policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and settlement agreements.
You will also handle litigation in Employment Tribunals and the High Court, making attention to detail and a client-focused approach essential. If you have an interest in business development, that's a plus!
About You:
- 2-4 years PQE in employment law
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for going the extra mile for clients
- Experience or interest in business development
