Executive Assistant to Central Management – FTC
London | International Law Firm | Up to £60,000
We’re working with a leading UK-headquartered international law firm that’s seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Chief People Officer on a 14-month maternity cover contract.
The role is to provide high-level support to the CPO and collaborate closely with the wider Central Management team. You’ll act as a trusted liaison, juggling a range of responsibilities from diary and inbox management to preparing confidential documentation and coordinating key HR projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Complex diary and inbox management, including international travel arrangements.
- Preparing HR communications, reports and confidential meeting materials.
- Coordinating meetings, events and away days for the wider team.
- Supporting HR projects such as salary reviews and performance evaluations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and providing secretarial support for key stakeholder meetings.
What they’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an EA at senior leadership level, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- High levels of discretion and confidence working with sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach.
- A confident team player who’s also happy to work autonomously.
