We are working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to expand its market-leading Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that handles high-quality, complex disputes for both private and commercial clients.
The Role:
- Work closely with partners and senior team members on a range of dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on insurance policyholder disputes.
- Handle a diverse caseload including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation across sectors such as banking and finance, corporate law, intellectual property, professional negligence, real estate, and regulatory investigations.
- Collaborate with the firm’s Construction and Family Law teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
- Assist with business development and client relationship management.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE within a reputable dispute resolution practice.
- Strong experience in insurance coverage disputes (policyholder experience preferred).
- Excellent case management and client-facing skills.
- Strong academic background and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
