My client, a Group Litigation expert law firm, is looking for a Qualified Commercial Litigation Associate (or a Data Privacy/Protection Associate) to join them on a permanent basis in either their Manchester or Liverpool office - working as their new Data Breach & Privacy Associate.
As the successful Qualified Associate, you'll be situated in their Data Breach & Privacy team and will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates to deliver high standards of work
- Conducting research, drafting and reviewing documentation relating to relevant cases
- Resolving data issues and queries
- Leading teams of Paralegals and other business professionals to progress clients' claims
- Preparing correspondence to both opposing counsel and clients

To be considered for this Qualified Associate opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be a Qualified Associate OR Barrister
- Have previous/existing Commercial Litigation experience
- Either have previous/existing experience within Data Privacy/Protection OR want to cement a career in this space
- Be able to commute to either the Manchester or Liverpool office
- Have experience of supervising Trainees and/or Paralegals
