Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 per annum + overtime pay
Location: Fully remote (UK-based candidates only)

As a Matter Lead, you’ll be at the heart of transactional delivery, ensuring high-quality legal services are provided efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with legal teams, offering strategic support, managing processes, and driving operational excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in transactional delivery
- Prior team lead or team management experience
- 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and LPC/SQE1/BPTC or qualified lawyer status
- A strong team player with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of the legal market
