We are looking for a talented and experienced Communications Executive to join a global law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the firm's reputation, increase brand awareness, and engage with clients, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the firm's business goals and objectives
  • Manage the firm's online and offline communications, including website, social media, email marketing, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Create engaging content that effectively communicates the firm's message and highlights its expertise, services, and achievements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage and online analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and coordinate events, conferences, and other public relations activities
  • Collaborate with other teams, including business development, and marketing to develop and implement integrated communication plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the firm's communication strategies are current and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Law, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and accurate content for a variety of media channels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and website content management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
