The successful candidate will work on a wide range of contentious matters, spanning industries such as media, technology, property, and financial advisory. This role involves close collaboration with partners and the wider team to provide strategic, commercially-focused advice to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including drafting, negotiation, and court proceedings
- Manage smaller cases independently and support larger matters as part of a team
- Actively participate in business development and marketing efforts
- Provide tailored, high-level client service, maintaining strong relationships
- Adapt to various roles in litigation processes, from pre-action to trial
Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and court/arbitration experience
