The firm is seeking a skilled **Property Asset Management Paralegal** to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with property portfolio management, including lease renewals, surrenders, licenses, and other landlord/tenant matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Providing high-quality support to ensure compliance with client requirements and timelines.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective property solutions.
- Supporting senior lawyers and team members on large-scale property transactions.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in property asset management or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, collaborative environment.
