Client Executive (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

A market-leading alternative legal services provider within a very prestigious international law firm are looking for an experienced Client Executive to join their team for a 12 month FTC.

This role will directly contribute to the growth and development of the firms’ thriving business. The team operates across multiple UK locations and collaborates internationally, sharing insights and market intelligence. Supported by a dedicated Marketing function, the team works on high-profile initiatives such as events, articles, legal directory submissions, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce capability statements, RfIs/RfP’s, and other client-facing materials aligned with the brand.
  • Develop and maintain credentials, case studies, and marketing collateral to support client engagement.
  • Own and update the Sales Tracker, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Lead twice-weekly Sales meetings, track progress, and follow up on key actions to maintain momentum.
  • Enhance sales reporting to demonstrate success metrics to the Board and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies
  • Support the drafting of panel, service, and project RfI/RfP’s, showcasing the benefits of the service to clients.
  • Partner with the Reporting Manager to ensure opportunity and fee reports accurately reflect activity levels and trends.
  • Work with the Marketing team on events and networking opportunities

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated business development, bids, or marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in content production, development, and editing.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in sales reporting and data management.
