C-SUITE LEVEL PA – 9 MONTH FTC

We are working with a prestigious British law firm who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their C-Suite executives and General Counsel on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of a senior leadership team.

As a PA, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CPO AND CFO, and General Counsel. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the daily operations of the business teams run efficiently. You will be expected to handle a wide range of tasks and can get stuck in with their day to day strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the busy schedules of the CFO, and General Counsel, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the C-Suite, General Counsel, and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence with utmost confidentiality
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
  • Providing support with projects relating to the firm’s strategy or operations as and when required

  • Supporting the new joiner induction process and preparing relevant departmental materials
  • Monitoring COOs inboxes during absence and action appropriately 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives
  • Experience managing complex diaries
