My client, a US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced LEGAL risk and compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Business Intake Analyst.
This firm represents some of the world's major corporations, funds and financial institutions on complex transactions and disputes.
As the successful Business Intake Analyst, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Conducting CDD research in accordance to relevant AML regulations
- Reviewing risk assessments of new clients and matters
- Liaising with stakeholders when required to complete the AML process
- Reviewing the content of matter opening and other Business Intake documentation
- Assisting the AML Manager in responding to corporate research and client relationships
- Completing, reviewing and analysing sanctions and screening search results
- Providing general assistance to the AML Manager for other duties, such as maintaining risk management materials
+ much more.
To be considered for this Business Intake Analyst position, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous experience within LEGAL risk and compliance
- Be familiar with AML legislation
- Have excellent legal/compliance research skills
- Be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Please note - this role will require you to be in the office five days a week during training, lowering to three days a week after.
