About the Role:
As a Bids Administrator, you will:
- Support bid activity through general team assistance and coordination.
- Download tender papers, create tender files, and update databases with tender progress.
- Assist with individual bids by setting up templates, locating standard content (like CVs), formatting documents, and organizing bid meetings.
- Log the progress of opportunities and upload final submissions to our bid library.
- Ensure all opportunities are recorded on InterAction and the intranet, with regular updates.
- Schedule bid kick-off and team meetings and arrange team travel.
- Update the bid content library and manage the update process for the track record database.
- Serve as a point of expertise on bid templates (Word).
- Act as the initial point of contact for simple tender inquiries and monitor the bids team inbox.
Requirements:
- Graduate or 6-12 months experience in a professional services environment (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
