Benefits Administrator

 Our client is a reputable international law firm recently recognised at the British Legal Awards 2022, they are now looking for a process oriented and highly detailed Benefits Administrator to join their team in their fast-paced and growing London offices on a permanent/temporary basis.
 

The primary focus of this role will be to manage and continue to review the benefits offering that supports the delivery of the firm’s people objectives. The Benefits Administrator will act as the first point of contact for benefits queries in the business while liaising with other members of the HR team.


 Key Duties Include:
 

  • Managing the routine administration of the schemes including enrolling new joiners onto schemes, dealing with changes, advising providers of leavers, liaising with payroll and updating the HR database.
  • Conducting benefit inductions with new joiners.
  • Ensuring that benefit information is accurate and available while updating the intranet.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports regarding scheme expenditure and uptake.
  • Liaising with HMRC and the Accounts team.
  • Ensuring relevant policies and procedures in the staff handbook reflect reward and benefits and that changes to policies are communicated in a methodical way using the most effective medium.
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets.

 

The Benefits Administrator will have an interest in corporate employee benefits, any such previous HR experience will be desirable. It will be essential to possess strong knowledge in all HR areas, including excellent Employment Law knowledge and strong teamworking skills with high levels of customer service orientation. It will also be essential to demonstrate past experience of juggling multiple priorities effectively and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at once. The right candidate will have excellent Excel skills, willingness to take on additional responsibilities and a flexible approach.
