About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-profile aviation finance transactions, gaining hands-on experience while developing strong transaction management and legal skills. You’ll work closely with clients, international counsel, and key stakeholders to support and deliver complex financing and leasing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple transactions, coordinating with clients, third parties, and counsel.
  • Draft and review corporate authorities and manage conditions precedent documentation.
  • Conduct legal searches, filings, and co-ordinate DocuSign signing processes.
  • Prepare reports, notes of advice, and manage transaction bibles.
  • Collaborate with other transactional teams on an ad-hoc basis.

This role offers you exposure to a range of financing and leasing transactions, providing broad market experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of one year’s paralegal experience (essential).
  • Education: Strong academics, including a law degree or GDL and LPC.
  • Skills: Exceptional drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Attributes: A proactive, resilient team player with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.

An interest or experience in asset finance is desirable but not essential.
