My client, a top US law firm, is actively seeking an immediately available and experienced Paralegal to join them on an initial 6 month contract in London – working as their new Alternative Investments Paralegal.
This role will provide support the departments Attorneys in providing high-quality services to their clients within Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Estate.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documentation
- Conducting extensive legal research on relevant regulations and compliance matters affecting investment funds
- Maintaining and organising files
- Assisting in the preparation of client correspondence and reports
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Providing general administrative support to Attorneys in the department

To be considered for this Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have existing Paralegal experience from a Corporate or Finance sector – Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate Finance, Investment Management, etc
- Be degree educated (LLB/GDL and LPC essential)
- Be available immediately or on short notice
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be proficient in MS Office
