Key responsibilities:
- Archiving
- Photocopying/ scanning/filing
- Processing expenses
- Dictation
- Producing and formatting documents
- Supporting with billing
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks
- File opening and closing
Key skills and experience:
- Secretarial qualification
- Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Accurate typing skills
- A team player
- Strong attention to detail
