The Role
We are seeking a Team Administrator to support a team of Lawyers and Secretaries in their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within a global law firm.
As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Expenses management
Time recording
Invoice handling
Data entry
Basic document mark-ups
Opening new matter files
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment. A strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and familiarity with legal systems or procedures will be key to success in this role.
Key Skills and Experience
Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment
Knowledge or experience in Corporate, Finance, Litigation, Energy & Infrastructure, or SAGE (Strategic Advisory & Government Enforcement) areas is a plus
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skills
