The Role: As an Employment Associate, you’ll handle a broad range of employment law matters, including tribunal litigation, high-level advisory work, and corporate support. You will work closely with HR managers, in-house counsel, and senior management on a variety of employee relations and business protection issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tribunal litigation and potentially advocate at preliminary hearings.
- Advise clients on employee relations, HR policies, contracts, and service agreements.
- Handle employment law aspects of corporate transactions as the sole employment specialist.
- Provide advice on international employment matters for UK-based clients.
- Act in High Court proceedings related to business protection.
Skills & Experience Required:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in employment law.
- Strong technical skills and experience in tribunal litigation and corporate support.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with proven business development skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
