Key Responsibilities
- Outline and implement the firmwide marketing content strategy
- Develop marketing campaign plans aligned with the firm's business objectives.
- Support budget management, resourcing, and activity reporting.
- Support marketing activities such as events and brand partnerships.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with the brand’s voice, values, and guidelines.
- Utilise website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Write for both offline and digital channels.
- Coordinate website updates, including optimising landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Manage the marketing content calendar, including content reviews and updates.
- Write high-quality content for various media, ensuring attention to detail.
- Provide key inputs for weekly, monthly, and annual reports using accurate, up-to-date information.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with social media management platforms (i.e. Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of email platforms (i.e. Mailchimp or WordPress) and basic HTML.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Understanding of CRM, SEO, and creating compelling marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English with excellent copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
